Sudbury Girls Lacrosse is a charter member of The Founders Girls Lacrosse League. Since our start in 1999, the mission of Sudbury Girls Lacrosse has been to teach and introduce the game of girls lacrosse in a safe and fun environment. We offer opportunities for girls in k-8 grade from Sudbury, Lincoln, and other towns that do not have programs of their own. We have grown to be one of the largest and most successful girls lacrosse organizations in Massachusetts. We encourage girls, regardless of experience level, to play lacrosse at any age. Please join us!

There are five different divisions: Kindergarten, 1/2 grade, 3/4 grade, 5/6 grade, and 7/8 grade. The traditional league for grades 3-8 plays games on Sundays in the spring. For girls looking for an additional competitive challenge, we participate in the Friday Night Founders Select League. These are tryout-based teams that compete at the 5/6 and 7/8 grade level. Players who qualify for this team – and choose to play – are required to play in the Founders Girls Lacrosse League games on Sunday.

Our program has successfully prepared hundreds of girls for high school play at Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School and other schools, and many players have continued on to play at the collegiate level. In fact, our graduates have gone on to play at more than 50 different colleges and universities! We are fortunate to have several coaches with collegiate playing experience and we rely on L-S varsity players to help out.
